Over 2,000 children at risk, troubled teens, and their families come to River Oak Center for
Children every year, making us the Sacramento area’s largest non-profit provider of mental health
and behavioral health services for children and youth.

Through three divisions – Early Intervention and Prevention, Intensive Community-based
Services, and Outpatient Mental Health – we offer 13 programs and a wide array of
research-based services at our centers, schools, in community settings, and the home.
