River Oak Center for Children: Financials

River Oak believes in financial management based on integrity and accountability to all donors
and constituencies. We adhere to Standards of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles,
and our financial records and position are audited annually. River Oak strives for efficient and
responsible fund development and is mandated by the Board of Directors' By-Laws to allocate
85% of all funding to direct program costs. In reality, River Oak goes beyond that mandate
and allocates 87.5% to program services, 2.0% to fundraising and 10.5% to administrative
services.
