River Oak Center For Children

Guests are gathering at the site of the Residential Cottage on the sunny and hot afternoon of June 12, 2007	Dennis and Nancy Marks who first built the main building at the site of the current Complex in the 1960s came to celebrate the future of the Residential Campus at River Oak.

Sherman Haggerty, Lennar Sacramento, hangs the dedication plaque – it has to be perfect!	Good friends of River Oak, Dennis Calmes and Jeani Buckmaster, both of Countrywide Home Loans, were instrumental in the construction and decoration of the Cottage.

No celebration is possible without a cake!	Graced by River Oak children’s art, the seat cushion was given as a thank-you gift to all guests and supporters of the project.
