How to Extend the Reach of Your Helping Hand

The Matching Gifts Program that many companies have instituted is a powerful mechanism for increasing your gift potential. The individual programs at each company have specific guidelines regarding minimum or maximum gift eligibility, gift match ratio and matching gift process; please contact your local Human Resources representative for this type of information. In some companies even spouses, retirees and Boards of Directors are eligible for program participation. Specifics aside, the process is usually straightforward and requires only filling out a form at the time of making your donation to the charity of your choice.

The companies listed below make Matching Gifts programs available to their employees in the Greater Sacramento area. Even if your employer is not on the list, we encourage you to inquire at your Human Resources department whether the company is considering starting such a program, or it already has one and we are not aware of it.
